New Classes

Pilates Jumpboard - Begins January 1st, 2010

This new class will make you sweat! With all the components of a regular Reformer class the element of the Jumpboard will be added for some butt kicking, heart pumping fun! Proper jumping mechanics, core stability and total body strength and tone are incorporated into this class. For more information, visit our Pilates Classes page.

Pilates for Golfers - Begins February 1st, 2010

A stronger and more stable core helps golfers hold a body position long enough to play through a shot and play without pain! Get more distance and power because of added hip and torso flexibility. Try for yourself with a FREE half hour demo session with one of our Pilates Trainers! Demo sessions will be held:

Monday, February 1st 6:30pm - 7:15pm with Patricia
Monday, February 1st 7:30pm - 8:15pm with Patricia
Tuesday, February 2nd 8pm - 9pm with Patricia
Thursday, February 4th 7am - 8am with Melissa
Friday, February 5th 6am - 7am with Melissa

Pilates for Runners - Begins March 1st, 2010

Adding Pilates Reformer to your workout regime regardless of what kind of runner you are has many benefits. Shave seconds off your times and run more efficiently uphill with a stabilized musculature. These demos will be located in the Commonwealth Sports Club's Brand New Group Training Area (far left of the club, past the Group Fitness Studio).
