Developing total body awareness starts with your core. This 6-session, 3 week package, will focus on abdominal strength and spinal stability. This is a great program for those beginning a workout routine.
*1 mat class per week is suggested to achieve maximum results.

Longer, Leaner, Stronger

The ultimate Pilates challenge. This 8- week total body plan will make you leaner & stronger. each week your workout will include: 2 reformer sessions, 1 mat class, and 3 hours of cardiovascular training. A certified Pilates trainer will oversee your workout progress. You’ll feel so good at the end of 8 weeks, you’ll want more!
