This class is dedicated to all levels from Beginner to Advanced clients. Regardless if this is your first time on the Reformer or if you’re a Pilates buff you can expect to get a great workout in this class. Focus on breath, control, stability and core strength are the main focal points for the class along with toning and strengthening the entire body!
This new class will make you sweat! With all the components of a regular Reformer class the element of the Jumpboard will be added for some butt kicking, heart pumping fun! The Jumpboard is a piece of equipment that is attached to the footbar which allows the client to float back and forth in a jumping manner throughout the majority of the class. Proper jumping mechanics, core stability and total body strength and tone are incorporated into this class.
*Prior Pilates Reformer experience required of at least 10 classes prior to attending Jumpboard. Those with hip, knee, ankle joint or back injury are advised not to attend this class.
